The Proclamation of the Accession of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second to the Throne will be read by His Excellency the Governor, Sir Alexander Grantham, from a specially constructed dais in front of the Cenotaph facing the Supreme Court at 11 o'clock tomorrow morning, according to an official release from the Government Public Relations Office.
