Arab-Asian Nations' Notes To UN

Paris, Jan. 30,

The Arab-Asian group of nations in the United Na tions decided today to send letters to both the Presidents of the General Assembly and the Security Council draw- ing the attention of those two bodies to the regret- table situation prevailing in Tunisia.

The text of the letter, which will not be punished until it has been signed by all the Staics concerned, either later Today or tomorrow, was decided upon during a two-hour meeting between the representatives of

Arab sources later said that the letter merely expressed the concern of the Mohammedan nations of Airus and Asia. which represent over half the population of the world' the

Tunisian quarters here, how- ever, expressed the feeling that the lotter did more than just

Britain Suggests Resumption Of Graham's Mission

The proposal that Dr Frank Graham, the United Nations representative for Kashmir, should return to the Indian sub-continent and continue his negotiations for a settlement of the Kashmir probiert was made by the United King- dom delegate, Sir Gladwyn Jebb, at this afternoon's meeting of the Security Council.

Sir Gladwyn suggested that Dr Graham should report back to the Security Council at the end of March and he did not think that any change
