FRENCH REGIME IN MOROCCO
Paris, Dec. 13.
The persistent French contention that the Moroccan question was nobody's business and that Franer intended to heed no opinion other than her own on a matter she considered of a purely internal and domestic character had made every effort to settle the Moroccan question fruitless, declared the Egyntian Foreign Minister, Salah el dir. Pasha, in The United Nations today.
"Our repeated attempts were of no avail," Salah ei
Din declared.

Aid Resolution
Paris, Dec. 13.
Twenty-eight nations today brushed aside the opposition of the "Big Powers" in the United Na- tions Economic Committee and voted to set up a special fund to aid under-developed countries.
The fund was approved by 28 votes to 20 with nine abstentions, despite warnings by Britain, the United States, France, Canada and Australia that they could not undertake extra financial obligations at the present time.
