The Right Aionourable Oliver Lyttelton, Fm C Stan dal vine Lei W D.S.O., M.C., M.P. Secretary of State for the Colonies, arrives in longkong on December 12. While he is in the Colony he will open the Ninth Bire and Exhibition of Hongkong Products in Kowloon on Friday afternoon. December 14.

The Secretary of State's opening speech, to- gether with a cupimentary on the ceremonies, will be recorded and broadcast to the Colony at 7.30 on the same evening.

The programme will be introduced by Me Tat Chee, Vice-Chairman of the Chinese Manufacturers' Union.

Next week the Colony is to receive a visit from Miss Whittington, M.B.E., J.P., Director of the Overseas Branches Department of the British Red Cross Society.
