The Government of Israel, through its Legation in London, today demanded speedy and compréhensive amends from the Germany for the material losses in-| flicted by the Nazis on the Jews of Europe,
It also demanded that Ger- many thould make [ major contribution towards the sb- sorption and rehabilitation of the Jewish refugers, the bulk of which have found new homes in Israel.
