THE AGA KHAN HAS NO ENTRY THIS YEAR IN HIS LUCKY RACE

By VERNON MORGAN

London, Sept. 9.

The St. Leger, the oldest of the five British classics, which will be run over the famous Town Moor at Doncaster on Saturday, Septem- ber 15, over one and three-quarter miles, is the Aga Khan's lucky' race,

Ever since 1924, when his run of successes started, the renowned Indian poten- tate has far outstripped his rivals in successes achieved in this famous race.

He has won the race five times, has owned the runner-up on an equal num- ber of occasions, and has had three thirds.
