Saigon, Aug. 5.

Vietnam, with French prodding, is mobilising for an all-out war in Indo-China with a wary eye cocked for the new Communist strategy in the Far East.

It has been the best argument so far that General Jean de Lattre. de Tassigny, the French Indo-Chinu High Commissioner, has been able to put to any Vietnamese to get down off the fence in Indo-China and get back into the ruck beside the French Union forces in the war against the Communist-led Vietminh rebels.
