The Palestine Higher Arab Committee, headed by the ex-Mufti of Jerusalem, today charged Jordan with carrying out a campaign of terror in Palestine.
In a telegram sent to Arab Governments and the heads of muni- cipal councils, the Committee alleged that the Jordan Government was carrying out the campaign through its army and Police.-
