Pakistan Allegations Of Indian Military Moves On The Border COMPLAINT TO THE UN

United Nations, N.Y., July 16. Pakistan today called the attention of the Security Council to alleged concentrations of Indian troops on the Pakistani border, but re- frained from asking the Council's action on the matter.

Diplomatic sources said the Pakistani complaint was contained in a letter scheduled to be sent later in the day by the Pakistani chief dele- gate, A. Bokhari, to the Council President, Sir Gladwyn Jebb of Britain.
