Washington, July 11. The International Materials Conference tonight announced an allocation scheme dividing uvallabte sulphur supplies among the countries of the man- Communist world.

Allocations for the third quar- ter of this year had been reach ed by common consent of the members of the Sulphur Com- mittee, the announcement said.

scheme allows for the division of 280,400 tons of crude sulphur, of which 250,000 ton will be available for export by the United States in the cul- rent quarter.
