FIRST 4-POWER TALKS IN BERLIN FOR TWO YEARS

Friendly Discussions On "Little Blockade"

Berlin, July 5.

British, French, United States and Soviet representatives today sat down at one table in Berlin for official talks-for the first time in two years.

They adjourned, until next Monday after three a four- hours of friendly discussions, according to Bower communique.

The talks were proposed by the Western Commany dants last month after East German controls had led to a costly 10-day "little blockade" of West Berlin.
