This meant, Dr. Jessup said, that either the Soviet Ministers 'could walk out of the’Ministers' conference 11" the Western Powers refused to disetum' it 'or the Atlantic, Päet would be open to fulà, and substantive discussion which the Western Powers could never necept.
Mr Gromyko sald that the Soviet delegation did not Intend tohhandon its position on the North Atlantic treaty now.
