Sharp Increase Owing To The War In Korea
Tokyo, Mar. 25. Japan's exports during 1950 were more than 75 percent higher than in 1949, the Japanese Finance Ministry announced yesterday.
The Ministry said that exports rose sharply with the outbreak of the Korean war, but world- wide competition for key materials and the ship- ping shortage, resulting from the Korean war, 1000 had hindered her imports.
