Lake Success, Nov. 23.

The United Nations Political Com- mittee today decided to refer to the "Little Assembly" Nationalist China's charges of Soviet aggression against China. Voting was 35 in favour with 17 opposing and seven abstaining.

During the debate Britain refuted a charge of "appeasement" brought against her by Dr T. F. Tsiang, the Chinese Nationalist delegate!
