Taipoh, September 26. The Nationalists today announced a swooping overhaul of the Central News Agency, their official news agency, with new director and a new editor-in-chief.

Mr. H. P. Tseng was named director in succession to Mr. T. T. Hsiao, who has directed the agency's affairs for the post 25 years.
