to stand trial by Mr. James Wicks at Kowlo yesterday.
Accused 'were alleged to have robbed a taxi driver, Lai Tim, of $104 and fountain pen at King's Park on August 15.
Evidence given by prosecution witnesses showed that on the early morning of August 15, Lai Tim, driving along Nathan Road, near Hamilton Street, was hailed by the defendants who got into his ear.
