Korean war boosts prices of raw materials in Japan

The Tokyo nowspaper, "Tokyo Nichi,” in reviaw- ing the effects of the first month of tho Korean war on the Japaneso economy, point- ed out today that the war has so for acted as a strong stimulant, which has boosted the prices of raw materials and employment in some industrias.
