In the statement of defence, the first defendant-denicd-he ever traded under the name of Tung Tal Hong or that he has had anything to do with such a company. His arm, the Tung. Tai Chur Hong, was never known as otherwise.

Chan further says he did not acknowledge receipt of any money coming from Chong at all or that he had signed statements in that connection.
