Sanato and House, conferees agreed today on the $3,121, 450,000 foreign aid bill for the fiscal year beginning June 1, including money to fight Communism in South East Asia and to feed the starving millions in Communist-hold China.

The compromise between the House and Senate bills provides $2,850,000,000 for third year instalment on the Marshall Plan and $35,- 000,000 to start President Truman's Point Four programme of aid to backward areas.
