Terry, who pre- sided at the 30th annual general mooting of the Kowloon Residents Association yesterday, Mr. Terry said the existing mental hospital on the island was entirely inadequate and unsatisfac- tory! No criticism was cost on the staff of the hospital who were working under great handi- caps.
