Miss Smalley fined for using horn unnecessarily
Miss J. T. Smalley was fined $25 by Mr. Thomas Tam at Central yesterday when she was found guilty of using the motor horn unnecessarily. She was cautioned for failing to stop her car after having been ordered to do so, and on the count of dangerous or careless driving the summons was dismissed.
Miss Smalley's counter-summons against Mr. T. E. Clunie was dismissed and she was ordered to
pay $25 compensation, the money to go to the Police Fund.
