Manila, March 22. Negotiations between the Philippines Airlines and the Government for a subsidy similar to that given by the United States and other govern- ments to international and domestic plane operations, ara expected to come to a head within a few days.
The Philippines Airlines operates from London vla Madrid to Manila, and thence via Honolulu to San Francisco as an international carrier, It also operates on inter-island service, which links all of the larger cities from Northern Luzon to Sulu.
