FRANCE PROTESTS TO RUSSIA AGAINST RECOGNITION OF HO Move serious threat to Franco-Soviet relations

France, in a note handed to the Soviet "Embassy here tonight, formally

protested against Russia's recognition of the movement led by Ho Chi-minh.

The note said that the Soviet decision, announced

during the night, is of

a nature to impair seriously Franco-Soviet relations.

Mr. Alexandro Parodi, Secretary-General of the French Foreign Ministry,
