More than 31,000 tons of cargo were brought to Hong Kong by 13 ocean-going ships yester- day, coming from various ports. Three British blockade runners discharged only
some 3,000 tons, which comprised the only cargo coming from the Communist ports-the ss. Ethel Moller had 130 tons from Amoy, the 55. Admiral Hardy had 2,226 tons from Tsing- too, and the ss. Choysang from Tientsin had about. 1,000 tons.
