Dr. Vormier Yamtök Chiu, former Chief Justice in --Chino, was called to give expert opinion on Chinese custom and fay before Mr. James Wicks' at Kowloon yesterday at the resumed 'hearing on the summonses issued by Siu Yuk- ki, 198 Laichikok Read, against his brother- -in-law," Ng^Mi, alias Ng Wing-tal, for her- bouring a married woman and for committing adultery with a 'married 'woman, Li Wurf-wan, who is the wife of 'complainant and the sister of defendant's wife.
