INJUNCTION ON CHINESE ASSETS TO CONTINUE

Giving judgment on the Nationalist-Communist controversy over a Court injunction and order connected with Chinese property in Hang Kong, Sir Leslie Gibson, Chief Justice, yostor- day at the Supreme Court directed that the injunction and order granted to both sides be continued pending further order.
