The Soviet Foreign Minister, Mr. Andrei Y. Vyshinsky,' announced today that Russia no longer recognises the Chinese Nation- alist delegation as spokesman for China in the United Nations. Mr. Vyshinsky derided the Nationalist delegation as a bunch of pygmies. He told the UN General Assembly that the Nationalists could not ropre- sent China if they wanted to because, 350,000,000 of China's 450,000,- 000 have recognised the Communist government.
