The Chinese Communist Government today repudiated the Chin- ese Nationalist representatives as the legal delegation of China to the United Nations.
The repudiation was contained in a despatch broadcast in English to North America and picked up by the United States Government's radio mo- nitoring service and made available here.
There was no immediate comment from the United Nations Headquarters. President Carlos Romulo, to whom the repudiation was addressed, was presiding over the session of the General Asssembly at Flushing
