This statement was part of an announcement issued by the British Naval Authorities in Hong Kong yesterday on the seizure by the Nationalists of the Leong Bee.

The Leong Bee was seized by a Chinese Nationalist war- ship shortly after she had left Shanghai bound for Hang Kong.
