The Foreign Secretary, Mr. Ernest Bovin, may sum- mon British Ambassadors and Ministers in tho Middle East countries to London for a special conference.

The conference is expected to take place at the For- eign Office during July or August and last for

about a fortnight.

After having dealt in succession with the problems of the British Commonwealth, European unity and Germany, the British Govern- devate ment is bound to again greater attention to the Middle East (during the coming summer, The principal objects of the contemplated conference will be:

1. To review the affects which the creation of the State of Israel has had on the general political situation in the Middle Eest
