Soviet Russia and the Western powers will lift the blockade and the counter-blockade of Berlin at one minute past midnight local time on Thursday morning.

An official order, signed by the Soviet Militory Governor, Marshot Vassily Chikov, confirms that the blockade will be ended at one minute past midnight on Thursday morning fitting in with the Western Allied pre- parations.
