HKFA Committee's Views On Referees
Committee has recently been appointed by the Hong Kong Football Association to arrange for the examination of referees, recommend- ing promotion, reporting the efficiency or otherwise of practising referees and the run- ning of referees' courses,
At a recent meeting of the Committee it was agreed that it should be recommended to the Coun- cil of the HKFA that a representative of the Referees Association be allowed to sit on the Referees Sub-Committee member.
The following is a lext of a circular issued by the Hong Kong Football Association on the subject-
