|Mr. Justice Jenkins ruled in the Chancery Court to- day that the Court had no jurisdiction in a Franch company's action against the Bank of England, claiming the delivery of 64 bars of gold looted by the Germans during the war. He held that the gold was in the possession and un- der the control of the Governments of the Unit- ed States, France and Britain.
