FACE CHIEF JUSTICE ON RAPE CHARGES
Joseph McGuinness, ágod. 24, Vincent Judgo, agod 25, and William James McConway, aged 24, able seamon of HMS Encore, yesterday façad the Chief Justice, Sir Lealio, Gibson, to answer the charge' of 'raping a ̈Chineid woman' and robbing another sailor with violence. They were charged on three counts of rape and of being aiders and abettors of the same foffence,
