The Legislative Yuan third plenary session will open here at 9 a.m. tomorrow to deliberate the vital problem of peace with the Communists and unity within the Government in an atmosphere of spreading agitation for the ousting of the Premier, Dr. Sun Fo.

Legislative Yuan circles said the Premier will be asked to appear personal- ly to make a report on administrative policies and answer charges against him concerning his removal of the Executive Yuan to Canton ond his alleged financial deals.

Paraguay's Government Overthrown In Bloodless Revolution

Asuncion, Paraguay, February 27.

A civil and military movement overthrow the Gov- ernment of Paraguay last night in the first bloodless revolution in Paraguayan " history and arrested President Raimundo Rolon just 26 days after he took office.
