The French Government, after several yours of negotiation, has reached agrooment with Bao Dai, ox-Emperor of Annam, and ht will go back to Indo-China before the end of March, according to a joint communiquo issued today by the Franch Premier's Office and by the Cabinet of tho ax-Emperor in Paris.
The agreement will be confirmed by an exchange of letters shortly, it was learned from the Ministry of Overseas Territories. It was reach- ed at a luncheon yesterday given by the ex- Emperor to the French Minister for Overseas Territories, M. Paul Coste Floret, who gave de- tails to the French Cabinet today.
