Rhodes, February 17,
Technical difficultics may delay for a few days the signing of the now virtually completed laraeli- Egyptian armistice agreement.
The present hitches include bringing Dr. Shabtal Rosen, the Israeli legal adviser, from Tel Aviv. He should arrive by Friday, possibly by plane, to get the agreement concluded, and signed during the week-end.
Another hitch is the necessity for the Egyptians to refer the completed draft to Cairo for approval before signing. This will probably delay the signa- ture for another 24 hours.
The Transjordan-Israeli falks will open in the middle "of next week if the Egyptian agreement is concluded in the next few days.
