yesterday at the Criminal Sossions before Mr. Justice Reynolds (Acting Puisno Judge), when Kwok Kwong, aged 46, foroman, and Austin. Spary, aged, 49, Grade I electrical inspector, were indicted boforo a jury composed of four mon and three woman on 12 counts of far- cony by public servant, obtaining money by false pretences and conspiracy to defraud the Government.
