COWIE APPEAL

An order was made by the Full Court yesterday that

William Henry Cowie, in his action for dam- ages for wrongful dismissal, be at liberty to say that he was not guilty of misconduct. The order was contained in a judgment delivered by the Full Court comprising Sir Leslie Gibson (Chief Justice) and Mr. Justice Wicks (Act- ing Additional Judge), on the appeal by Cowie against the decision of Mr. Justice Gould that he, Cowie ought not to be allowed to say that he was not guilty of misconduct.
