Nearly 5,000 electrical workers in the Soviet sector of Berlin today threaten- ed to strike against the new Russian “puppet" city government unless polico wore withdrawn from power plant installations. The workers sent their ultimatum to the new Com-

munist goverriment after crossing over into the American sector to hold a mass meeting with- out fear of interference from the Soviet sector police.
