Strong, police objection at the licensing session yesterday, to, the renewal of the publican's licence for the Red Lion Inn, Kowloon, resulted in the renewal being made for six months only instead of the one' full yoar,

MacDougall, informed the licensee, Mr. Lu Chung-siu that the condition of renewal was that it was to be for a trial period to see how it worked.
