Simultaneously top American sources disclosed that the United States and Canada will draft a sweeping North Atlantic alliance for full military aid to the Western European Union soon after the US elections. Foreign Ministers of the Union-France, Britain, Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg-will meet on Monday and Tuesday to discuss the alliance.
