ENANCY TRIBUNAL APPEAL DISMISSED
The omission by a landlord to give a vital notice required under the Landlord and Tenant Or- dinance resulted in an appeal against the decision of a Tenancy Tribunal being, dis- missed by Mr. Justice Gould (Puisno Judge),' yesterday.
The appeal was brought by the landlord of 414 Queen's Rood West, 2nd floor, following the refusal of a Tenancy Tribunal to make an order for eviction of four sub-tenants of the premises, the principal tenant hoving been convicted by a Magistrate and fined for charging excessive rent.
