Piracy on the high seas by armed masked men while a ship was

Dr. Guan was testifying in the Committal pro

ceedings against Ling Cheuk-wa (40), Keùng Kin-chung alias Lui Piu (45), Ling Chan-kai alias Ling Chung (29), and Chan, Chung, nam alias Chan Chik (36) on the charge of piracy on the high seas on. Dec. 14, 1947. - The men wore alleged to have "assaulted and put in four of their lives, Captain Klaas Albertor Vilek, other officers, the crew and cortain passengers of the Dutch motor vessel "Yan Hautsz" and stole from the Master the ship's motor-boat, sevon revolværs, six pistols, five rifles, two sub-machine guns, and 3,160 rounds of ammunition, and from Vlick HK$675, Straits $175, 350 Dutch guilders and a raincoat.
