GREEN ISLAND CEMENT'S $134 MILLION PROFIT Trade

With its plant operating for only seven months of the year, the Green Island Cement Company, Limited, made a net profit of $1,793,750.39 dur- ing the year ended December 31, 1947. This was announced at the company's annual gen- eral meeting yesterday.
