Five Lines On Manchurian Borders

Part Of Post-War

Five-Year Plan

London, Feb. 5. Russia is currently building five new railways to the borders of Manchuria and its satellite Re- public of Outer Mongolia, the official organ of the Ministry of Education, the Russian Soviet Federation "Geografia V. The five new rail lines-three of which will run to Manchurian territories under Chinese Com- munist control-are part of a 2,800-mile track being laid in the first post-war five-year plan, the publication said.
