When the trial of William Elijah Allen, Man Kam- fat and Chui Hong on charges of conspiracy, accepting bribes, agreeing to accept bribes, receiving bribes and demanding money with menaces commenced before Mr. Justice E. II. Williams (Chief Justice), at the Criminal Ses- sions yesterday, an objection was raised by Mr. Percy A. Chen to the number of counts in the Indictment.
