London, Nov. 4.
Princess Elizabeth's wedding gown, about the big- gest secret around London since General Eisenhower picked D-Day, is a lush creation that likely will knock the word "austerity” right out of the Royal vocabulary. This is not one of those confirmed reports about wedding preparations.

POINT OF AGREEMENT?
London, Nov. 3. Spanish refugee circles in London today believed there is a chance the Republican and Mon- archist factions will patch up their differences and submit plans for Joint administration of Spain to Marshall, Bidault and Bevin on the sidelines of the Foreign Ministers conference on November 25.
Newspaper reports that the Re publican leader, Indalecio Prieto, -and Gil Robles, Monarchie strate- gint, reached an agreement during their London talks recently arc denied, but it is believed that the groundwork for one was laid.
If Manarchist headquarters in Lisbon agree to support the Prieto plau, which reportedly made eral concessions to the Monarchists, Gil Robles will return to London shortly to hammer out a joint pro- gramme.
The major Issue appears to be whether the Monarchists will accept the Republican demand for immedi ate gederal elterlom or a plebiscite
