London, Oct. 23.

Sir Stafford Cripps, Minister for Economic Affairs, listed further austerity cuts for Bri- tain when making his first speech in Parlia ment today in his new post of economic "dic- tator." All purchases of United States tobacco had been stopped and raw material imports involving dollars would be cut by another £25,000,000.
