A special conference of all Empire countries is to meet in London to deal with the present dollar crisis, it was authoritatively learned here to- day. The Commonwealth countries expect that Britain will request the acceptance of austerity dollar living, comparable with the worst war years.
The Conference is to meet in London about the same time as the meeting of the International Bank and the Monetary Fund talks, which be gin to September 11. It is believed that all Commonwealth countries have accepted the invitation to the talks.
